SCSPCBA has 2000 square meters dust-free production workshop, equipped with Yamaha imported automatic SMT line, 3D-SPI (solder paste detection), AOI, X-RAY, BGA repair table with advanced production equipment,as well as strict manufacturing management process,to provide customers with high quality,high standard of production services. SCSPCBA manufacturin has excellent manufacturing conditions, intelligent MES management, strong engineering support and other advantages, to provide customers with samples, trial production to batch and other one-stop PCBA electronic manufacturing services. SCSPCBA has 4 SMT production lines and 2 DIP production lines. The production line is equipped with automatic solder paste printing machine, automatic high-speed SMT machine, 10-temperature zone reflux furnace, wave soldering and other advanced equipment, and equipped with AOI, X-REY, plate parting machine, three-proof paint spray coating machine, BGA repair table, for small and medium-sized orders of customer samples with the characteristics of fast quotation, fast production, fast delivery.
